The quickest garage cleanouts are the ones where the customer has already set aside what they are keeping. Push it into one corner or into the house, tell us the rest is going, and we load and leave.
If you would rather we handle the sorting, we will. It is simply labour. The first hour is included in your price, and anything beyond that is $100 per hour with two workers on site. Ten minutes of moving boxes aside the night before can keep an entire job inside the included hour.

No. Sorting with you is part of the job and it works better that way, because most garages have things worth keeping mixed into the junk.
Yes. Fixed shelving and benches get dismantled and taken.
We cannot take those. We will tell you the nearest depot and drop off is usually free.
Yes, within reason. Mention how many when you book.
Yes. Sheds, carports, detached shops and acreage outbuildings are all normal work, usually quoted together with the garage.
