Clear, Load-Based Pricing — $99 to $149. Our pricing includes the first hour of labour and all disposal fees. You’ll receive a firm, upfront quote before anything is loaded into the trailer. No hidden fees, just GST added to the quoted price.
You pay for the space your items take up in our trailer, which is 7 ft wide by 14 ft long by 4.5 ft tall (14.5 cubic yards). Minimum pickup is $99 to $149 depending on location. A quarter load is $199, a half load is $399, a three-quarter load is $599 and a full load is $799, plus GST.
The first hour of labour and the disposal fees are included in every price. If a job runs past an hour, extra time is $100 an hour for two workers. Heavy materials like concrete, drywall and bricks may cost more based on weight, and we always tell you before we load.

Built around houses, condos, rentals and backyards across Surrey
Because you pay for trailer space, how the trailer is loaded matters. Our crew breaks down furniture and packs every load with no wasted gaps, so the same pile takes up less room and costs you less.
We also work at a quick pace. Most jobs fit inside the first hour of labour that is already in your price, so there are no extra charges for the time it takes to load.

First hour of labour and disposal fees included
Small pickups start at our minimum, so you never pay for a full truck you don't need.
Labour for the first hour and disposal are already in the price.
You hear the number first, and it doesn't change after the trailer is full.
Items are broken down and packed so you use less trailer space.
Call in the morning, and it is often gone by the afternoon.
