It depends on how much is going. A few rooms often fit in a quarter to half load ($199 to $399), and a full house usually takes one or more full loads at $799 each, plus GST. The first hour of labour and disposal are included, and you get a firm price before we load.
No. Set aside photos, documents, valuables and anything the family wants to keep, or show us what stays when we arrive. We remove everything else.
Usable furniture, clothing and household goods go to donation first, recyclable materials are separated, and only what is left goes to disposal.
Yes. We can arrange access with the executor, property manager or realtor and send photos once the home is cleared.
A condo or small home is often cleared in one visit. Larger houses with a full basement, garage and yard may need more than one visit, which we plan with you up front.
Yes. We clear the whole property, including the garage, shed, basement and yard, and leave every room swept.
