Most office cleanouts have a hard deadline: the last day of the lease, a renovation start date or the movers arriving at the new place. Leaving furniture behind can cost you part of your deposit, so timing matters.
Tell us the date you need to be out, and we plan backwards from it. If your building has loading dock rules or elevator bookings, we work inside them and send whatever paperwork the property manager needs.

It depends on how much there is. We price by the space it takes in the truck, from $199 for a quarter load up to $799 plus GST for a full load, and large offices may take more than one load. You get a firm price on site before we start.

Yes. Monitors, computers, printers and phones go to e-waste recycling. Please wipe or remove hard drives before we collect them.
No. Please shred or remove paper files first. We are happy to take the empty cabinets and boxes afterwards.
Yes. Let us know what your building or property manager needs and we will send it ahead of the job.
Yes. Cubicle panels, workstations and desks are all fine. If they are bolted together, tell us and we will plan time to take them apart.
